CupaDev provides a cloud deployment platform that allows developers to deploy, manage, and scale web applications. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
CupaDev offers multiple pricing plans. Pricing details are available on our website and are subject to change with notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Usage-based charges (bandwidth, compute, storage) are billed monthly in arrears.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all rights to the content, code, and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant CupaDev a license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by CupaDev and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service, and we will provide advance notice when possible.
While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupaDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CupaDev from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export Your Content following termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
